Field Demo interprets servant leadership. The traits of servant leadership were interpreted in dance movements during the Field Demonstration on January 28, 2011 by the various classes closing the DLA School Week in celebration of the 27th Founding Anniversary. The characters, traits exemplified by Bible Characters and corresponding dance groups include Abraham, a man of faith & obedience by Grade 1; Moses, the meekest man by Grade 5; Joshua, the courageous leader by Grade 2. Joseph the Dreamer, a leader with integrity, by Prep Class; Peter, the transformed leader by Grade 3. Paul, the missionary by Grade 4; Josiah, the youngest leader by Nursery/Kinder class who are also the youngest of all the DLA pupils; David, the man after God’s own heart by Grade 6 which also rendered the finale number pointing to Jesus as the Greatest Servant. Mr. Ronald Cabalit, served as the Dance Instructor since 2010, a gifted professional who is able to bring out the talent in dancing of the pupils. This galore of dances was connected by a narration written by Teacher Cristy Gervacio as narrated by Pastor Ronell Hernandez. The whole founding celebration centered on the theme, “Discerning God’s Great Purpose as Servant Leaders.
