Pinag-isang Puso – Feb 2011
PINAG Isang PUSO 2011 was held on February 12, 2011 with the Theme: Let’s Stick Together.
Valentine’s day this year for SCCD was a themed fellowship delivering important message from Rev. Lelinda Mugot being a Licensed Family Counselor and Associate Pastor for Christian Education to Ellinwood Malate Church over 10 years. She presented shared thoughts from Biblical History of Family instituted by God, its triumph and failure over challenge of times. This year’s Pinag Isang Puso drove each member to the Hebrew way of fellowship, educating the Church on bringing back the basic teachings to children, passing of faith which started to be educated through and during family meals, community integration while reflecting the important rituals to weddings which serve as inspiration to all who attended the Valentine Offering of SCCD.
Rev. Lelinda Mugot serves as our keynote speaker for PINAG ISANG PUSO 2011. Pastor Linda is an Ordained Minister serving the Lord as an Associate Pastor for Christian Education and Nurture of the Ellinwood Malate Church for 10 years. She finished her Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Management at Philippine Christian University, Bachelor of Ministry at Union Theological Seminary, Specialization in Early Childhood Care and Development at Center for Early Childhood Care and Development, and completed her M.A. Education major in Guidance and Counseling at University of the Philippines (Diliman). The Professional Regulation Commission issued her licenses as Professional Teacher in elementary level and Guidance and Counselling. She is happily married to a former seafarer Chief Officer Marino Mugot who is presently working as a Professor and Maritime Training Officer at University of Perpetual Help. Both were blessed with three grown up children namely Marlon Ian, Erick Kris and Anne Mugot.
