SCCD and Pastor Leng

Pastor Leng Lubang was used by God to spearhead the construction of the new SCCD Church in the new lot. She was the spiritual leader/pastor and at the same time administrator of both Church and the Church sponsored school, The DLA, for 6 years ( 3 terms).
