VCS 2012 focuses on enabling children to celebrate the gift of diversity. The 2012 VCS writers pool focus lessons on the biblical model of Christ teaching his disciples love and accept children, embracing and bringing the children of churches the stories of hopes and struggles of indigenous children.
This two week long of studies and various learning activities for children lead also in developing a sense of solidarity among children in the churches and indigenous children through Christ, thus, adopting the theme: Bearers of Hope, Bridges of Love. SCCD held VCS classes two weeks in a row in the church premises, Simborio outreach, Mary Cris and Dexterville Outreach areas. About 300 kids participated and 35 volunteer teachers assisted by the CWA and parents in snack preparation.
Many thanks to the following donors to the VCS who lovingly gave in cash and/or in kind for the snack of children:

VCS REFLECTION by Avin son Matro
To God be the glory!
